Local HVAC company with busy warehouse looking for long term/full time employee to manage warehouse and maintain property. 

Tasks to include unloading trucks and accounting for incoming materials, fork truck operation, and pulling and organizing materials for next day HVAC crews.  We also own multiple local apartment complexes and take pride in the tenant care and property appearance, so grounds maintenance is also part of the job description.  Taking care of apartment issues can range from flipping apartments, cleaning, painting, minor repairs, to replacing appliances or faucets/fixtures. 

Also, in winter, snow removal is a necessity.  We take great pride in the landscape maintenance, so you would also coordinate with the lawn maintenance companies and take care of things anywhere from pressure washing buildings, mulching, and trimming bushes.
