Job Summary

West Side Management of Saratoga is seeking a high energy individual with a desire to make a difference in people’s lives and a commitment to anticipate and exceed the expectations of our residents and customers. The diverse role of Property Manger combines sales, customer service and marketing to lease luxury apartment homes and build excellent  relationships with guests and residents. As a WSM Property Manager, you will sell the high-quality construction, superior amenities and first-class service guarantees that have become synonymous with the WSM brand and reputation. The ideal candidate will be proactive in anticipating and exceeding expectations in all areas of the Property Manager role.



1. Leasing

a. “Sell” property’s products and services to prospects

b. Maintain thorough product knowledge of the property, sister properties

c. Assist in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies

d. Ensure amenities and general curb appeal of community is pleasing to all 5 senses

 2. Resident Relations

  a. Develop and maintain first class customer service 

     relationships with prospects and residents

   b. Manage and resolve resident concerns.

    c. Monitor outstanding work orders to insure 24-hour response time.

   d. Plan, organize and conduct resident functions as needed

 3. Administrative

  a. Accurately prepare and be thoroughly knowledgeable with all lease-related paperwork from application through move out

 b.Assist to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents and property.

c. General clerical assistance – answer phones, manage work orders in software, file, order supplies.

Job Type & Required work hours

This Full-Time position requires the ability to work any of the 7 days of the week, 52 weeks of the year. Requires the ability to serve on-call, as scheduled or as necessary. Travel Required.


Required Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalentrequired
  • Strong professionalism, communication and “peopleskills”
  • Superior salesskills
  • Well organized with ability to prioritize andmulti-task
  • Attention todetail
  • Team oriented with ability to work independently
  • Computer skills, Microsoft word, and knowledge of Internet, Email and Social Media
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
  • Verbal, math and reasoning skills
