Planning Administrative Assistant

Full-Time days

Accomplishes work assignments/requirements via

ordering, scheduling, follow up and backing up Dept.as

needed and assigned. Purchasing functions for a variety of

assigned Raw Materials, including Pallet Activity. Will

require strong computer skills, BPCS/SAP a plus. Must be

able to work well with all levels of internal management

staff, outside customers and vendors. Assists with Ad hoc

requests and projects as assigned. Possible weekend

work for Month End or Year End Inventory counts as

scheduled. Production Planning Experience a plus.

Skills/Qualifications:

Must have excellent Reporting and Writing Skills, ability to

use Excel, Strong Organization, Project Management,

Problem Solving, Supply Chain Management a plus,

Familiar with Inventory Control, Good Verbal

Communication and a Team player.
