Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper

Fire protection company located in Johnstown NY in search of an administrative assistant/bookkeeper with an Associate’s Degree in Accounting. 

Minimum of 2 years’ experience. Qualified person must be experienced in construction, Quickbooks, Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel. All aspects of accounting i.e. accounts payable, receivable, payroll, general journal etc.

Be able to work in a fast paced, ever changing atmosphere, work well with others. Non-smoking office. Must be able to pass a drug test and have a clean license.
